Self-Review and Assessment

Today I used the Self-Assessment tool, available online through the new Kia Tataku a Matihiko resource put out by MOE and CORE Ed. I thought there was some great storytelling available, with links to the story of how Maui captured fire.

It was a blissfully short survey (able to be completed easily within a lunch break) and there is both a teacher and a leader version.

I took the leader version, and it was a timely reminder of where I need to be focussing my energies... It re-iterated that I feel our school is well-resourced, I feel confident in leading, however I am drained and am desperately seeking inspiration!
